We worked hand-in-hand with Knott’s Berry Farm as they re-imagined Camp Snoopy. Zamperla installed several of the original rides in this area in the early 1990’s and we were chosen to work with the park as they updated their marquee family area for the next generation of kids.
The coaster showcased a beautifully-themed coaster train that showcases Snoopy speeding through the woods on the way to camp. Our artists spent hours getting the lines of the famed beagle just right so it fit right in at Camp Snoopy.
Our engineer’s and the park’s designers shoe-horned the coaster into a corner of the property many people thought was too small. The resulting experience was the perfect “first big coaster” for southern California kids and the anchor for the land. In addition, Knott’s Berry Farm also installed a Convoy and a Super Happy Swing to round out the family attractions.
